Exporting Motions, Actions and Members

While iYooq is an excellent tool for keeping track of the various areas of your governance practices, sometimes we want to be able to export for various other applications or if we want to share something externally. So now you can export your motions, actions and members into Comma Separated Values (csv) file which is easily viewable in Excel or your choice of spreadsheet programs.

You’ll find the export button in the various areas as laid out below:

• Actions: in the Schedule tab.
• Motions: in the Documents tab, click on motions on the left side
• Members: in the Members tab
